Hi, I’m Abigail, a Clinical Nutritionist (BHSc) who loves helping women nourish their bodies and souls through high-nutrient, individualised and delicious meals. My favourite comfort food is pho and the smell of sticky date pudding reminds me of cozy Saturday nights at home. 

I work with women who are looking to prioritise their health and wellbeing; not through restriction, but through nourishment.
