My Approach To Nutrition

Hi, I’m Abigail, you can call me Abi.
I’m a qualified Clinical Nutritionist with a Bachelor of Health Science (Clinical Nutrition) from Torrens University Australia.

A Curiosity That Turned Into a Calling

I’ve always been fascinated by the human body, how it works, what keeps it running well, and why things sometimes go wrong. That curiosity naturally led me toward a science-based career in health. But more than that, I knew I wanted to focus on preventative care, creating solutions that go beyond just managing symptoms. My goal is to help people improve their health before issues become chronic or overwhelming.

nutrition is self-care

Learning the Power of Root-Cause Nutrition

As I explored various areas of health science, everything kept pointing back to one powerful truth: so much of our health depends on our genetics, lifestyle, and what we put into our bodies. During my studies, I personally struggled with hormonal imbalances, fatigue, and eczema. Experiencing these challenges firsthand showed me just how powerful nutrition tailored to the individual, and grounded in a root-cause approach, can be. The more I learned, the more I understood that nutrition is truly at the heart of long-term wellbeing and that’s what ultimately led me to specialize in Clinical Nutrition.

Supporting Women Through Every Season

I’m passionate about helping women feel healthier and more in control of their bodies. I love cutting through the noise of confusing social media trends because navigating nutrition today can feel overwhelming and sometimes unrealistic. I also have a special passion for supporting women on their pre- and postnatal journeys, helping mothers care for themselves while also nurturing their precious little ones.

Evidence-Based Care That Fits Real Life

I’m supporting clients with evidence-based, personalised nutrition strategies that make a real difference in their daily lives. Whether you’re dealing with digestive issues, hormonal imbalances, fatigue, or just feel like something’s off, I’m here to help you gain clarity, feel better, and take back control of your health one step (and one meal) at a time.

Outside of clinic life, you’ll find me trying new restaurants, creating recipes, exploring beaches and hiking trails, or chatting with friends about anything related to womanhood and babies.
